Job summary

Arizona State University in Tempe is seeking a Coordinator to support K-12 outreach and pre-college programs, coordinating events, workshops, and visits with school partners and families. You will help plan cohorts, manage logistics and communications, track participation, and nurture relationships across ASU campuses to promote college readiness and access.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and three (3) years of experience relevant to the area.
• Any equivalent combination of experience and/or training accepted.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver outreach presentations, workshops, and programming for K–12 students and families.
• Coordinate outreach events, college readiness programs, and visits for school and community partners.
• Represent Access ASU at campus, school, and community events.
• Coordinate and implement cohort-based outreach programs over multiple years.
• Develop curriculum, activities, and experiences to support leadership development and college readiness.
• Develop program work plans and coordinate logistics for workshops, campus visits, conferences, and summer programs.
• Monitor program budgets and expenditures, and coordinate purchasing and resource needs.
• Maintain participant records and assist with reports and documentation.
