Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years’ experience in large enterprise hardware/software support.
• A+ or equivalent certification desired.
• DELL shop Certification within a year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide general technology support to staff and students.
• Diagnose and repair district computers, laptops, Chromebooks, and printers.
• Install software and patches on Windows and Chrome devices.
• Monitor eWork ticket system and resolve tickets promptly.
• Maintain accurate equipment inventory.
• Maintain network cabling and terminate connections.
• Assist with hardware/software for SOL testing and events.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, staff, and administration.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
• Troubleshoot and install classroom cabling and AV systems.
• Manage applications via MDM solution.
