Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in system engineering, networking, or IT support.
• Preferred experience designing/managing large environments (endpoint protection, routing/switching, wireless LAN design, servers, device management systems, firewalls).
• Certifications such as CCNP, MCSE, CISSP or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Division Core IT systems and infrastructure.
• Manage full life cycle of technology systems including network, servers, and endpoints.
• Troubleshoot complex IT issues across multi-tier support.
• Create and maintain documentation for implementation, administration, and support.
• Provide training for Division technology support staff as needed.
