Job summary

Great Minds is seeking a remote Success Lead to support adoption and implementation of curriculum products across districts and schools. You will lead implementation plans, monitor progress, and deliver on-site leadership coaching to drive student outcomes.

The role requires 7+ years in education, 3+ years in leadership or coaching, and experience implementing curriculum. Travel up to 50% in Texas; base salary $95,000–$100,000 with benefits.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in education with at least 3 years as a school leader or instructional coach.
• Experience managing a portfolio of strategic district partnerships.
• Experience implementing one of Great Minds curricula and/or an aligned high-quality curriculum.
• Proficiency with or alignment to Great Minds instructional design and pedagogy.
• Demonstrated proficiency in educational consulting, site-based leadership, curriculum decision making, and professional learning facilitation.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of strategic district partnerships and serve as the implementation relationship owner for Great Minds customers in a territory.
• Plan and execute effective Great Minds implementations with district and school leaders, providing strategies, resources, and professional learning.
• Support district partners to achieve KPIs and scalable services for more districts.
• Provide on-site targeted support including visits, meetings, data review, and progress evaluation.
• Facilitate leadership professional learning networks, PD, and coaching sessions.
• Gather and monitor implementation success metrics and document key customer interactions.
• Communicate insights to leadership based on implementation experiences.
• Travel up to 50% of time; remote work with Texas-based travel.
