Job summary

American Fidelity is seeking an Account Manager (Outside Sales Rep) in the Greater Phoenix Area to grow and maintain B2B relationships with K-12 public schools. You will sell benefits, retirement, and supplemental insurance products, and provide value-based recommendations to employees.

This role offers a base salary plus uncapped commissions and a comprehensive benefits package. Overnight travel is required, and you will work within a defined territory with training and career progression

Qualifications

• Prior insurance experience is not a requirement.
• Focus on growing and maintaining existing B2B accounts by selling insurance products to public schools.
• Consult with current customers to provide value and meet financial needs.
• Build strong relationships with customers and association executives.
• Develop customized needs-based employee benefits packages through enrollments and presentations.
• Defined territory managed by each Account Representative.
• Overnight travel is required and you must reside in your territory.
• Extended training program with on-the-job, product, and sales schools.
