Job summary

WSIPC seeks a team-oriented analyst who excels in servicing customers in K-12 HR-Payroll software. You will support product and data migrations, deliver training, and help clients maximize Skyward applications through guidance and escalation where needed.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work setting, travel as needed, and contribute to a cooperative culture focused on client success and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with K-12 HR-Payroll regulations
• Service mindset toward customers and colleagues
• Strong analytical ability to research, reconcile and evaluate data
• Self-starter, inquisitive, resourceful and detail oriented
• Technologically savvy with software troubleshooting
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills for diverse audiences
• Ability to travel occasionally
• Data migration experience in Skyward
• College degree preferred or equivalent work experience

Responsibilities

• Provide product and migration support for Skyward HR-Payroll solutions.
• Deliver training to diverse audiences in in-person and virtual formats.
• Assist clients with software issues and guide resolution through education and collaboration.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure client success and continuous improvement.
