Job summary

WSIPC is seeking a dynamic, team-oriented professional to provide service, training, and consulting for our Student Management software platforms. You will support a wide network of schools across Washington and collaborate with our Product Support & Services team.

The ideal candidate will bring a broad background in K-12 education technology, a strong service mindset, and excellent presentation skills, with some travel expected.

Qualifications

• Broad experience in student management software suites and familiarity with K-12 school operations.
• Strong research, investigation, and data analysis skills to solve problems.
• Instinctual service mindset with a growth-oriented approach.
• Technological savviness with software and hardware fluency.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation abilities.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide support, training, and consulting services for WSIPC’s Student Management platforms.
• Support a diverse network of public, tribal, charter, and private schools and Educational Service Centers in Washington.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions and customer outcomes.
