Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of college or equivalent work experience; college degree preferred.
• Successful Washington State Patrol and FBI fingerprint clearance.
• Valid Washington State driver's license.
• Experience with HR data systems and district software is preferred.
• Public sector or K-12 HR operations experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the full-cycle hiring process, including job postings, applicant tracking, interviews, onboarding, and orientation.
• Serve as a point of contact for payroll, benefits, and leave policies.
• Maintain accurate employee records, including new hires and leaves of absence.
• Support substitute staffing and training coordination.
• Generate reports for administrators and stakeholders and ensure regulatory compliance.
