Job summary

MAAS is seeking a project coordination professional to support owner-side construction management across multiple California campuses. You will handle communications, documentation, and field coordination, ensuring records are kept accurate and current.

You will work within an ESOP-driven, employee-owned firm known for stability, long-standing relationships with K-12 clients, and a strong emphasis on safe, compliant site environments.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years supporting construction projects on owner side or construction management side is best.
• You can read a set of drawings and specifications and find the answer in them.
• Experience with RFIs, submittals, and change order paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Logging requests for information, submittals, and shop drawings; route to architect/engineers and chase delays.
• Meeting minutes and the project record to maintain one version of the agreement.
• Schedule updates and the three-week look ahead; flag slips.
• Budget tracking, contractor payments, and paperwork behind change orders.
• Coordinating inspections and related forms, including DSA procedures.
• Daily reports, site photos, and the field record.
• Punch lists, warranty docs, operating manuals, and the closeout file.
• Manage several projects across multiple campuses and track each status.
