Job summary

MAAS Companies seeks an experienced project coordinator to support a District Project Manager across multiple school campuses in Riverside County. You will manage RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, schedules, budgets, and the closeout file, ensuring clear, auditable records and compliance with safety rules.

Most work occurs during summer shutdowns with ongoing coordination among architects, engineers, and contractors. MAAS offers ESOP ownership and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years supporting construction projects.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience handling RFIs, submittals, change orders.
• Ability to read drawings and specifications.
• Procore or similar system, Bluebeam, MS Project/Primavera, Excel.
• Clear writing; communication with district, architect, contractor.
• Work on campuses with children and follow safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Log RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings; route to architects/engineers.
• Maintain the project record with one approved version.
• Provide schedule updates and three-week look ahead.
• Track budgets, payment apps, change orders, and related paperwork.
• Coordinate inspections and related state forms.
• Produce daily reports, site photos, and field records.
• Manage punch lists and closeout documentation.
• Oversee multiple campuses and contractor activities.
