Job summary

MAAS is seeking a project records coordinator to support a Project Manager across several school facilities in Murrieta and nearby campuses. You will manage RFIs, submittals, meetings, schedule updates, budgets, and closeout files while ensuring compliance with district procedures and safety rules.

You'll become the go-to person for tracking submittals, coordinating architects and engineers, and maintaining field reports and photos.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years supporting construction projects on owner or CM side
• Ability to read drawings and specifications and find answers
• Experience handling RFIs, submittals, and change order paperwork
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project or Primavera

Responsibilities

• Log and route RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings; track and chase delays
• Prepare meeting minutes and maintain a single project record
• Provide schedule updates and three-week look-ahead; flag slips
• Track budgets, pay applications, change orders, and related paperwork
• Coordinate inspections and forms with the DSA
• Maintain daily reports, site photos, and field records
• Manage punch lists, warranties, closeout files
• Track multiple campuses and know project status
