Job summary

MAAS Companies, Inc. in Murrieta, CA seeks an experienced project-support coordinator on the owner's side to manage RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and the project file across multiple campuses during summer-heavy construction.

You will track budgets, change orders, inspections, daily reports, and closeout documents, while coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors; knowledge of Procore, Bluebeam, and scheduling tools is required.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years supporting construction projects, owner side or CM side preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in CM, engineering, architecture, or related field; equivalent experience accepted.
• Experience handling RFIs, submittals, and change order paperwork.
• Ability to read drawings and specifications to find answers.
• Procore or similar systems, Bluebeam, MS Project or Primavera, Excel.
• Clear writing and the ability to communicate with the District, Architect, and Contractor.
• Able to work on a campus with children and follow safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Logging RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings; route to architect/engineers and chase quiet ones.
• Maintain project records with one version of truth via meeting minutes.
• Prepare schedule updates and three-week look-ahead; flag slips.
• Budget tracking, contractor payments, and change-order paperwork.
• Coordinate inspections and forms with DSA and other authorities.
• Produce daily reports and site photos; maintain field records.
• Prepare punch lists, warranty docs, and closeout files.
• Manage multiple campus projects simultaneously and track status.
