Job summary

Qualifications

• Independently manage instructional sessions in schools.
• Experience teaching or mentoring youth.
• 60 college credits or equivalent experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly and engage groups of students.

Responsibilities

• Lead interactive instructional sessions for elementary, middle, or high school students.
• Introduce concepts through demonstrations, discussions, projects, and practical activities.
• Prepare lessons or activities aligned with program objectives.
• Encourage student curiosity, participation, collaboration, and skill development.
• Provide appropriate supervision and maintain a respectful learning environment.
• Adjust instructional approaches to accommodate different learning levels and abilities.
• Coordinate with school contacts and Concorde Education regarding program logistics.
• Follow site policies and safety procedures.
