Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge or practical experience in at least one relevant subject area.
• Experience teaching, mentoring, coaching, tutoring, or working with children and teenagers.
• The ability to explain concepts clearly and engage groups of students
• Professional communication, dependability, and organizational skills
• Comfort working within established school procedures and instructional expectations

Responsibilities

• Leading interactive instructional sessions for elementary, middle, or high school students
• Introducing concepts through demonstrations, discussions, projects, and practical activities
• Preparing lessons or activities consistent with the assigned program's objectives
• Encouraging student curiosity, participation, collaboration, and skill development
• Providing appropriate supervision and maintaining a respectful learning environment
• Adjusting instructional approaches to accommodate different learning levels and abilities
• Coordinating professionally with school contacts and Concorde Education regarding program logistics
• Following relevant site policies, student safety procedures, and assignment expectations
• Instructors are expected to fulfill the responsibilities and schedules of assignments they accept.
