Concorde Education, LLC is building a network of independent contractor instructors for current and future school‑based programs. Most assignments are in-person at K–12 schools and community partner locations, with flexible start dates and an 8–10 week typical duration.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge or practical experience in at least one relevant subject area.
• Experience teaching, mentoring, coaching, tutoring, or working with children and teenagers.
• Professional communication, dependability, and organizational skills.
• Comfort working within established school procedures and instructional expectations.
• Educational background: 60 completed college credits preferred; equivalent experience considered.

Responsabilités

• Leading interactive instructional sessions for elementary, middle, or high school students.
• Introducing concepts through demonstrations, discussions, projects, and practical activities.
• Preparing lessons or activities aligned with program objectives.
• Encouraging student curiosity, participation, collaboration, and skill development.
• Providing appropriate supervision and maintaining a respectful learning environment.
• Adjusting instructional approaches to accommodate different learning levels and abilities.
• Coordinating with school contacts and Concorde Education regarding program logistics.
• Following site policies, student safety procedures, and assignment expectations.
