Concorde Education is seeking independent contractor instructors for current and future school-based programs in the United States. Opportunities are part-time, in-person, and typically involve 1–4 instructional hours per week over 8–10 weeks.

You do not need a teaching credential; relevant experience in coaching, mentoring, tutoring, youth development, or specialized instruction may qualify. Compensation ranges from $50 to $65 per instructional hour, with rates set by the program and location.

Formación

• Strong knowledge or practical experience in at least one relevant subject area.
• Experience teaching, mentoring, coaching, tutoring, or working with children and teenagers.
• Ability to explain concepts clearly and engage groups of students.
• Professional communication, dependability, and organizational skills.
• Comfort working within established school procedures and instructional expectations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead interactive instructional sessions for elementary, middle, or high school students.
• Introduce concepts through demonstrations, discussions, projects, and practical activities.
• Prepare lessons or activities aligned with program objectives.
• Encourage curiosity, participation, collaboration, and skill development.
• Provide supervision and maintain a respectful learning environment.
• Coordinate with school contacts and Concorde Education regarding logistics.
• Follow site policies, student safety procedures, and assignment expectations.
• Instructors fulfill responsibilities and schedules of accepted assignments.
