Job summary

Concorde Education, LLC is seeking qualified instructors for current and future school-based programs. These independent contractor roles are in-person at K–12 partner schools and community sites, typically offering 1–4 instructional hours weekly over 8–10 weeks.

Compensation ranges from $50 to $65 per instructional hour, with actual rates set by each opportunity and locale. Start dates are available throughout the academic year, and you do not need to be a certified teacher to apply.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge or practical experience in at least one relevant subject area.
• Experience teaching, mentoring, coaching, tutoring, or working with children and teenagers.
• Ability to explain concepts clearly and engage groups of students.
• Professional communication, dependability, and organizational skills.
• Comfort working within established school procedures and instructional expectations.

Responsibilities

• Leading interactive instructional sessions for students across grade levels.
• Introducing concepts through demonstrations, discussions, projects, and practical activities.
• Preparing lessons or activities aligned with program objectives.
• Encouraging student curiosity, participation, collaboration, and skill development.
• Providing supervision and maintaining a respectful learning environment.
• Adjusting instructional approaches for different learning levels.
• Coordinating with school contacts and Concorde Education on logistics.
• Following site policies and assignment expectations.
• Fulfilling responsibilities and schedules of accepted assignments.
