Job summary

Concorde Education, LLC is seeking independent contractor instructors for current and future school-based programs. Instructors may come from coaching, professional practice, tutoring, or youth development backgrounds and do not necessarily need teaching credentials.

Assignments are generally 8–10 weeks, with compensation typically ranging from $50 to $65 per instructional hour. Start dates occur throughout the academic year, and hours are scheduled per program needs.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching, mentoring, coaching, tutoring, or working with children and teenagers.
• Strong knowledge or practical experience in at least one relevant subject area.
• Ability to explain concepts clearly and engage groups of students.
• Professional communication, dependability, and organizational skills.
• Comfort working within school procedures and instructional expectations.
• 60 completed college credits preferred; equivalence considered for certain assignments.

Responsibilities

• Lead interactive instructional sessions for elementary, middle, or high school students.
• Introduce concepts through demonstrations, discussions, projects, and practical activities.
• Prepare lessons or activities aligned with program objectives.
• Encourage curiosity, participation, and skill development.
• Maintain a respectful learning environment and coordinate with school contacts.
