Job summary

WorldStrides is seeking a dynamic Outside Sales Representative based in the Orlando/Tampa metro area to expand its footprint in K-12 student travel. You will partner with educators and district leaders to design, promote, and sell life-changing travel experiences.

Responsibilities include prospecting, field presentations, and building lasting relationships with schools. Expect up to 70% travel and a flexible schedule across on-site, remote, and hybrid work arrangements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in outside sales and territory management.
• Experience selling into the K-12 education market preferred.
• Must reside in the greater Dallas area with knowledge of regional geography and school districts.

Responsibilities

• Drive business growth by prospecting, qualifying, and closing new sales opportunities within regional school districts.
• Conduct field presentations to educators, principals, and district decision makers.
• Build educational relationships and maintain a robust pipeline with school districts.
• Maximize retention by cultivating long-term relationships for repeat annual travel bookings.
• Manage territory with a local travel schedule and attend events and conferences.
