Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in an administrative role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Support Director of Performance Sales and Sales Reps on daily activities.
• Manage Tour Evaluations and client communications.
• Maintain CRM and Tour Web Portal with accurate data.
• Process enrolment figures and monitor Full Refund Protection sales.
• Coordinate travel bookings, deposits, and final payments.
• Attend meetings, conferences, and assist in Parent Meeting presentations.
• Handle 24-hour emergency calls and reconcile expenses.
