Job summary

Turner & Townsend Heery is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead K-12 Education projects in Beaufort, SC. You will manage budgets, schedules, and quality control while coordinating with designers, contractors, and school administrators.

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager in design and construction, preferably public sector.
Excellent interpersonal and client-facing communication skills.
College degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Collaborates with design professionals, contractors, and administrators to ensure contract compliance.
Manages budget, schedule, procurement, quality and risk for multiple projects.
Interfaces with client and consultants at all project stages.
Produces detailed project plans and change management processes.
Tracks progress, reports status, and ensures data integrity and governance.
