Job summary

Epic is seeking an Integration Specialist to lead the implementation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of Epic School Plus integrations with third‑party platforms such as Clever, ClassLink, and SchoolDay. You will work with district IT admins and cross‑functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve the customer experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a technical support, implementation, or integration role in K-12 edtech.
• Hands-on experience administering Clever and/or ClassLink rostering or SSO.
• Strong understanding of rostering data: students, teachers, sections, schools.
• Knowledge of SSO concepts (OAuth, SAML) and identity providers.
• Experience diagnosing data issues with CSVs and API responses.
• Clear, patient communication with teachers and IT staff.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple district setups.
• Familiarity with FERPA, COPPA, and state privacy rules.

Responsibilities

• Set up, configure, and launch Clever and ClassLink integrations for customers.
• Serve as technical contact for district IT during onboarding.
• Troubleshoot sync and login issues.
• Monitor integration health and fix issues proactively.
• Manage app settings and data-sharing scopes in partner portals.
• Collaborate with Engineering to reproduce bugs and test fixes.
• Coach teams on integration basics and customer expectations.
• Create and maintain admin guides and runbooks.
• Track metrics like time to launch and error rates.
• Support back-to-school rostering peaks.
