Mead School District seeks a Recruiting Specialist to support district-wide recruitment by coordinating postings, screening applicants, and guiding hiring managers through selection. You will build candidate pools, attend events, and ensure hiring practices align with district policies and employment requirements.

The role offers a variable schedule, 260‑day year, and opportunities to partner with community and educational partners to attract strong candidates for a diverse workforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Human Resource Management or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of recruiting techniques and online/social media recruiting.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsabilités

• Promote relationships between community, schools, and HR by assisting applicants and staff.
• Source and recruit candidates using databases, publications, and events.
• Coordinate posting procedures and ensure timely hiring processes.
• Monitor position postings and communicate status to administrators.
• Assist hiring managers with interviewing techniques and assessment methods.
