Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of related work experience, with recruitment preferred.
• Master's degree is preferred.
• Experience in or exposure to the education sector is a plus.
• Experience as a related-service provider or education role is preferred.
• Excellent writing and oral communication skills.
• Experience crafting strategic, culturally-responsive communications.
• Experience managing budget and procurement.

Responsibilities

• Manages local and national recruitment strategy for related service providers.
• Coordinates with DCPS stakeholders to transition pools to screening/hiring.
• Drives performance metrics with Talent Acquisition leadership.
• Creates detailed project timelines and ensures timely completion.
• Builds relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Performs data analysis for strategic recruitment plans.
• Collaborates with DSI teams to understand school needs.
• Coordinates procurement requests with DSI Resource Specialist.
• Ensures procurement lead times and regulatory compliance.
• Purchases and manages credit card purchases for the division.
