Job summary

ESS is seeking a proactive recruiter to attract qualified school support staff for DeKalb County Schools. You will lead full-cycle recruiting from prescreening to onboarding and offers, with a focus on diverse, qualified candidates.

Regular, in-person attendance is required as you attend local career fairs, build relationships with colleges, schools, and professional organizations, and partner with the District Manager to staff classrooms and support roles.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience in recruitment or similar field.
• Must interact well with others.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Confident speaking in groups and meeting new people.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Comfort with multiple systems and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Apply methods to identify, attract, and hire qualified school support staff.
• Attend local career fairs within DeKalb County; events funded by the company.
• Provide accurate information about ESS and open positions to candidates.
• Build relationships with colleges, professional organizations, and diverse groups.
• Conduct prescreening, interviews, onboarding, and offers.
• Schedule orientations and trainings; collaborate with the District Manager.
• Staff schools for daily placements and assist in scheduling.
