Chartwells K12 is seeking an Assistant Director of Dining Services to oversee day-to-day food service operations in Pattonville K-12 schools. You will lead a dedicated team, ensure top-quality meals, and maintain strong client relationships while driving profitability in your area.

The role requires supervisory experience in food service, leadership and financial acumen, and proficiency with MS Office. A preferred Associate’s degree is noted, with substantial relevant experience considered.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of supervisory or lead experience in the food service industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, crucial for motivating teams and building rapport with clients.
• Possess financial experience and eye for business skills to support our financial goals and ensure operational success.
• Excel in digital literacy, including proficiency in MS Office products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet navigation.
• Associate’s degree is preferred, relevant experience considered
