Job summary

Chartwells K-12 is hiring an Assistant Director of Dining Services to oversee the day-to-day dining operations for Pattonville K-12 schools. You will lead a dedicated team, ensure high-quality food offerings, and nurture client relationships while driving profitability in your area.

Responsibilities include collaborating with the Chef and management to create nutritious menus, implementing innovative programs with marketing and culinary teams, and training staff to deliver exceptional service

Qualifications

• Bring 1+ years of supervisory or lead experience in food service or related settings.
• Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills for motivating teams and clients.
• Possess financial experience to support profitability and operations goals.
• Excel in digital literacy including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Associate’s degree preferred; relevant experience considered.
