Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or related field required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an architect focusing on K-12 facilities.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is essential.
• Strong design portfolio demonstrating innovative and functional K-12 projects.
• Excellent communication skills across stakeholders and leadership experience essential.
• Ability to lead and mentor junior architects and designers.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative and practical architectural designs for K-12 facilities, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D models.
• Oversee the architectural process from concept to construction administration, coordinating with clients, engineers and contractors.
• Use AutoCAD and Revit to create precise drawings and models.
• Ensure designs comply with building codes and standards for educational facilities.
• Collaborate with a team of architects, engineers and designers in design charrettes and client meetings.
