  • Experience managing midsize to large projects and coordinating across disciplines.
  • Technically competent to oversee design, budgets, schedules, and quality control.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of K-12 educational facilities aligned with current educational trends.
  • Perform programming analysis to translate educational needs into architectural solutions.
  • Collaborate with educators, administrators, and stakeholders throughout the design process.
  • Incorporate sustainable design practices and innovative technologies to enhance learning environments.
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources; ensure on-time and within-scope delivery.
  • Ensure designs comply with local, state, and federal regulations including safety codes and accessibility standards.
