Job summary

DLR Group is seeking a Project Manager for the K-12 Education Studio to oversee one or more projects, coordinate with external consultants, and ensure schedules, budgets, and fees are met while maintaining high design quality.

You will lead teams, manage client communications, and drive the project through all lifecycle stages with a strategic, collaborative approach in a 100% employee-owned firm that emphasizes ownership and accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Interior Design.
• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience, including 5+ years as a project manager.
• Proficient in Vantagepoint, Planifi, INDEPRO, and Microsoft Office/Project.
• High proficiency in standard A/E/I/P software.
• Strong written, verbal, and graphic communication and multitasking.
• Working knowledge of local building and zoning codes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of one or more projects, including managing project teams and coordinating with external consultants.
• Ensure adherence to project schedules, budgets, and fees and maintain high standards of quality and design excellence.
• Maintain financial oversight of projects to ensure they stay on track and within budget.
• Collaborate with design leaders to integrate design expertise into all project phases.
• Lead and coordinate project teams, vendors, and consultants to meet client expectations.
