Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture required.
• Minimum of 5 years as an architect, with a focus on K-12 facilities.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit to create precise drawings and models.
• Strong design portfolio showing innovative, functional K-12 projects.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities to mentor a team.

Responsabilidades

• Develop architectural designs for K-12 facilities, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D models.
• Oversee the full architectural process from concept to construction administration.
• Utilize AutoCAD and Revit to produce accurate drawings and models.
• Ensure designs comply with building codes and educational regulations.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and designers through Charrettes and client meetings.
