Job summary

MPI is seeking a K-12 Construction Superintendent to lead field operations on education projects, ensuring safety, quality and schedule from mobilization through closeout. You will manage subcontractors, coordinate with project teams, and uphold rigorous site controls on large institutional builds.

• Proven experience leading K-12, education, or large institutional construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, scheduling, and field operations.
• Experience managing multiple subcontractor trades on complex projects.
• Demonstrated commitment to jobsite safety and quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day site activities from mobilization through project closeout.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel to maintain schedule and quality standards.
• Enforce safety programs and promote a culture of jobsite excellence.
• Coordinate construction activities with project management and client stakeholders.
• Lead site logistics, inspections, and quality control processes.
• Monitor project milestones and proactively resolve field issues.
• Maintain clear communication with school district representatives, design teams, and leadership.
