Job summary

Green Key Resources is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations on K-12 projects in Columbus, OH. You will manage subcontractors, schedules, safety, and quality to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Ideal candidate has 5+ years in superintendent roles, K-12 or commercial experience, strong leadership, and proficiency with Procore/Bluebeam. OSHA 30 preferred; company provides benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a Superintendent role.
• Experience in K12 or commercial projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with construction scheduling tools (Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft, etc.)
• OSHA 30 preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage subcontractors, schedules, and daily site operations.
• Drive project safety, quality, and production goals.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and owners.
• Maintain and enforce project schedules and lookahead planning.
• Manage power-up, energization, and cooling system readiness.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
