Job summary

MPI is seeking an experienced Senior Project Superintendent to lead field operations on large-scale commercial construction projects in Denver. You will oversee site execution, safety, quality, scheduling, and resource management from groundbreaking to completion.

Ideal candidates bring 15+ years in commercial construction, strong leadership, and a track record of mentoring field teams. Proficiency with Procore, MS Project, and MS Office is preferred, with a focus on collaboration and client

Qualifications

Minimum 15 years of experience in commercial construction as a Project Superintendent or Senior Superintendent.
Experience leading field teams on large complex ground-up builds in aviation or mission-critical sectors.
Proven ability to mentor and develop construction professionals.

Responsibilities

Lead field operations from startup through closeout, ensuring schedules, budgets, quality, and safety compliance.
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and onsite personnel to align with project plans.
Develop and maintain short-term look-ahead schedules and resource allocations.
Provide regular project updates and maintain field reports and documentation.
