  • Requires 10+ years in K-12 and Higher Education and/or Healthcare markets.
  • Proficient in architecture practices, codes, and building systems.
  • Strong leadership and client/stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and develop Construction Documents
  • Resolve technically challenging building issues
  • Perform building code and zoning analyses
  • Review and redline drawings
  • Oversee production as required by the project
  • Organize and lead site visits and surveys
  • Conduct material research; meet with vendors to become familiar with materials and products
