Artheon seeks a Project Manager to lead K-12 design-to-completion projects in New York, NY. You will coordinate design and construction activities, manage schedules, and ensure compliance with quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field.
• Five years of progressive construction/design experience.
• Valid driver’s license in New York State.
• Combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the administration and coordination of design and construction activities for complex projects.
• Ensure design and construction quality and compliance by consultants and vendors.
• Make timely decisions to expedite construction and scheduling.
• Review and resolve field issues and design changes with stakeholders.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and phasing to ensure on-time delivery.
