Artheon in New York, NY seeks experienced construction PMs to lead diverse engineering and environmental projects. You will coordinate architects, engineers, and contractors, manage budgets, schedules, and safety, and ensure closeout activities are completed efficiently.

The role requires strong reading of drawings, experience with NYC agencies, and a hands-on approach to demolition and ground-up construction, with travel to project sites as needed.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years of relevant construction, PM, or general contracting experience.
• Hands-on experience with demolition and ground-up construction projects.
• Experience with public-sector or NYC-related projects is desirable.
• Strong ability to read and interpret drawings, specs, schedules and costs.

• Manage and coordinate projects from planning through turnover.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Monitor scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, and contracts.
• Conduct site visits and track construction progress.
• Lead pre-construction, progress, coordination, and punch meetings.
• Review drawings, RFIs, submittals, schedules, and shop drawings.
• Review proposals, budgets, pay apps, and change orders.
• Identify issues and drive timely corrective actions.
• Maintain project records, minutes, and closeout docs.
• Support procurement, bidding, and change management as needed.
• Balance multiple priorities with strong client service.
