Tyler Technologies seeks a Client Engagement & Adoption Lead for its Client Experience team. This role focuses on enhancing client knowledge and engagement with School ERP Pro solutions, requiring expertise in state reporting and client relationship management.

The successful candidate will execute training programs, maintain strong relationships with school districts, and act as a liaison between clients and internal teams.

Exceptional communication and instructional design skills are essential for this position.

Qualifications

• Experience facilitating training and presenting at user groups or conferences.
• Direct experience with K-12 state reporting or compliance workflows.
• Ability to analyze client data to identify patterns and address gaps.

Responsibilities

• Assess client education needs focused on State Reporting and software adoption.
• Build trusted relationships with school districts and monitor product adoption.
• Act as a liaison between districts and internal teams to communicate client needs.
