Qualifications

• Experience applying behavioral interventions in an educational setting, preferably with students needing intensive supports.

Responsibilities

• Work with diverse students one-on-one to meet IEP goals and provide accommodations.
• Assist in developing and modifying behavior support plans.
• Implement and monitor behavior support plans, track data on behaviors and progress toward goals.
• Apply de-escalation techniques and crisis management as needed to ensure safety.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure consistent plan implementation.
• Provide personal care support as needed and communicate with parents.
