Job summary

Specialized Education Services, Inc. (SESI) provides targeted education services for K-12 students with intensive behavioral needs. The role supports students under IEPs, implementing behavior plans and data-tracking to drive positive outcomes.

You will work in a multidisciplinary environment, collaborating with staff to deliver individualized support and ensure safety. The position emphasizes professional growth, training, and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required or equivalent.
• Experience in educational settings with intensive behavioral needs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with an assigned student to meet goals in the IEP.
• Develop and modify behavior support plans as needed.
• Record and track data on behaviors, progress, and incidents.
• Apply de-escalation techniques and crisis management when necessary.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure consistent plan implementation.
• Provide personal care support as needed and communicate with parents.
