Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education or equivalent experience.
• Five years’ teaching experience in elementary or secondary education preferred.
• Strong knowledge of education trends and content-specific areas.
• Experience with AI in content development or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review content-specific test items across grade levels for large-scale assessments.
• Develop item, passage, and test specifications and blueprints.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to support content development and ensure accessibility.
• Collaborate with team to integrate AI-generated assets in assessment workflows.
