Curriculum Associates, LLC is seeking an Adoptions Manager to lead ELA/SLA material adoptions and support math and science adoptions. You will ensure accuracy of content, coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders, and guide bid submissions across adoption lifecycles.

The role requires strong project planning, deep product knowledge, and excellent communication skills. Travel is limited to a quarterly cadence with a strong focus on cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifikationen

• BA/BS or equivalent experience required.
• 4+ years in a K-12 publishing environment preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in K-12 education.

Aufgaben

• Execute detailed adoptions plans and coordinate SMEs as needed.
• Maintain state reviewer sites and manage Workfront requests and content.
• Write district presentation rubric responses and update adoption pages.
• Create adoption videos and guides for state reviews.
• Contribute to adoption communications and marketing campaigns.
• Support bid submissions and adoption debriefs.
