Job summary

Kiddom is seeking an ELA Content Manager to own and elevate Kiddom's ELA programs across digital, print, and live courses. You will adapt curriculum for states, build supports for multilingual learners, and manage contractors to scale high-quality content.

You will define AI-assisted workflows and partner with Product, Design, and Engineering to ensure accuracy and impact. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in K–12 ELA teaching and instructional design, plus experience with AI-enabled content

Qualifications

• 3+ years of K–12 ELA classroom teaching experience.
• 3+ years of instructional design or curriculum development for ELA with digital products.
• Experience writing K–8 ELA lessons and supporting materials.
• Experience with AI workflows and content production processes.
• Ability to manage multiple state editions and coordinate contractors.

Responsibilities

• Adapt ELA content for state editions and adoptions with standards alignment.
• Own instructional integrity across digital, print, and lesson presentations.
• Develop AI-assisted workflows for content creation and QA.
• Coordinate with Product, Design, and Engineering and with curriculum partners.
• Manage projects in Jira and track timelines, budgets, and progress.
