Pearson Career Ready is seeking a State Adoption Advanced Specialist to own strategy and post-adoption execution for CTE state bids. You will analyze state enrollment data, interpret requirements, and guide internal teams on courseware needs to clear reviews.

The role collaborates with Sales to support state adoption materials and district engagement. You will coordinate with RFP/Bid Management, monitor adoption calendars, and serve district contacts during review processes, including

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in K-12 state adoptions, curriculum procurement, or CTE program strategy in educational technology or related field.
• Experience with Texas state adoption process is helpful due to its significance.
• Demonstrated expertise navigating state adoption bid processes and strategic positioning.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the internal SME on CTE state adoption processes, requirements, and timelines.
• Research state enrollment data and competitive landscape to inform title/product decisions.
• Interpret nuanced state-specific submission requirements and translate into guidance for bid teams.
• Relay courseware needs to clear state review hurdles, capturing nuance for product/Content teams.
• Coordinate with Sales to support state adoption materials and advise on guardrails.
