Job summary

Curriculum Associates is seeking an Adoptions Manager to lead adoption activities for ELA/SLA materials and to extend support to math and science adoptions as needed. You will coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure accurate, high-quality adoption content and successful bid submissions.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent required.
• 4+ years of experience in a K-12 publishing environment.
• 2+ years of experience in K-12 education.

Responsibilities

• Complete all product-specific adoptions forms (e.g., brief forms, evaluation briefs, rubrics) and engage additional SMEs as needed.
• Support the development and maintenance of state and public reviewer websites, including ownership of Workfront requests and site content.
• Write district presentation rubric responses.
• Create and maintain i-Knowledge state adoption pages, ensuring content is current throughout the adoption lifecycle.
• Produce state review navigation videos and guides.
• Provide input and consultation on adoption communications, collateral, and campaigns led by regional marketing.
• Support adoption debriefs to analyze performance and outcomes.
• Support all bid submissions.
