K12 is seeking a Program Manager, Academics to implement and improve the portfolio-wide academic strategy. The role translates priorities into plans, processes, tools, resources, and school-facing supports to strengthen academic practice and student outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in education or a related field.
  • Five or more years in K–12 education or related.
  • Experience coordinating complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience using student performance data to inform decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Translate priorities into plans, processes, tools, resources, and school-facing supports.
  • Manage key components of the School Playbook process: timelines, templates, guidance, communications, review workflows, documentation, follow-up.
  • Coordinate Playbook review and feedback processes and track revisions.
  • Analyze Playbooks and performance data to identify trends, strengths, challenges, opportunities across schools.
  • Develop and maintain academic frameworks, implementation guides, tools, resources supporting Tier 1 practices.
