Qualifications

  • Requires a Bachelor’s Degree and valid teaching certification.
  • Master’s degree preferred in Education or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years in K-12 education.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized coaching to teachers on instructional strategies and differentiation.
  • Lead professional development sessions aligned with district goals and standards.
  • Observe classrooms and offer constructive feedback to improve teaching practices.
  • Support teachers in integrating technology and data-driven instruction.
  • Assist educators in addressing diverse student needs through intervention or enrichment.
  • Collaborate with district leadership to develop curriculum frameworks and assessment strategies.
  • Analyze district-wide data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Coordinate district-wide PLCs and collaborative teaching models.
