Qualifications

  • Expertise in curriculum development and instructional coaching.
  • Proficient with educational technology and data analysis.
  • Ability to collaborate with teachers, admins, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized coaching to teachers on instructional strategies and differentiation.
  • Facilitate professional development sessions aligned with district goals.
  • Observe classroom instruction and give actionable feedback.
  • Support tech integration and data-driven instruction.
  • Assist educators in addressing diverse student needs.
  • Work with district leadership on curriculum frameworks and policies.
  • Analyze district-wide data to identify gaps and opportunities.
  • Coordinate PLCs and collaborative teaching models.
  • Serve as a liaison with district admins and external partners.
  • Communicate progress to parents, school boards, and community.
  • Advocate for resources to improve teacher effectiveness.
