Job summary

Stride, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager, Academics to translate strategic priorities into scalable processes, tools, and school-facing supports that improve student outcomes across the portfolio.

Working with the Director of Academic Strategy, you will manage Playbook processes, analyze implementation data, and share actionable insights with leadership to drive continuous improvement. This role is remote and nationwide, offering collaborative opportunities across functions and schools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in K–12 education, instructional leadership, academic programs, school support, or program management.
• Experience coordinating complex projects or initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience using academic or student performance data to identify trends and inform decisions.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic priorities into plans, processes, tools, resources, and school-facing supports.
• Manage the School Playbook process including timelines, templates, guidance, communications, review workflows, documentation, and follow-up.
• Analyze Playbooks and performance data to identify trends across schools.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to support aligned implementation.
