You will ensure partner adherence to commercial agreements, oversee cross‑functional initiatives with Product Management, Supply Chain and Operations, and represent the business in strategic negotiations.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in strategic roles.
• Proven experience in pricing and commercial management.
• Strong leadership and customer management skills.
• Ability to align JV/distributor strategies with business goals.

• Owns relationships with Joint Ventures and independent distributors and leads the related team.
• Drive profitable growth, pricing discipline, and supply efficiency across the channel.
• Represent the company in JV negotiations and ensure adherence to commercial terms.
• Monitor performance against KPIs and identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate cross‑functional initiatives with PMs, Supply Chain, and Operations.
